Project Overview: Our team recently completed a full ventilation system installation for a commercial property in Lincolnshire, focusing on delivering improved air quality and energy efficiency. The project involved installing a high-performance ductwork system compliant with DW144 standards, as well as various other essential ventilation components.
Scope of Work:
All ductwork installed was DW144 compliant, ensuring it meets the highest industry standards for air handling and durability.
We provided and fitted all necessary fixtures and fittings to guarantee a robust, long-lasting system.
Additional Equipment Installed:
- Mitsubishi Electric LGH-100RVX3-E Lossnay Heat Exchanger: This highly efficient heat recovery unit ensures maximum energy savings by transferring heat between outgoing and incoming air, improving both comfort and sustainability.
- Manual Volume Control Dampers: These were installed to allow manual control over airflow, enabling precise management of air distribution throughout the building.
- Attenuators: Fitted to minimise noise levels from the ventilation system, ensuring a quieter and more pleasant indoor environment.
- Access Doors: Installed for easy access during maintenance, enabling smooth operation and serviceability.
- Grilles, Louvres, and Plenums: These components were installed to manage and distribute airflow efficiently across different areas of the property.
Upon completion of the installation, the entire system was thoroughly commissioned to ensure it met performance specifications, optimising air quality and energy efficiency throughout the premises.
Outcome: The installed system now provides the property with highly efficient ventilation, significantly improving air quality while reducing energy consumption. The inclusion of the Mitsubishi Electric Lossnay Heat Exchanger ensures that energy is conserved, providing long-term savings for the client.
